It's been another difficult year for live music - organisers were optimistic that the vaccination program would allow scheduled events to go ahead as planned but uncertainty and difficulties in securing insurance left many operators with no option other than cancel.
Despite the difficulties and the loss of some big name events such asGlastonbury, there were plenty of successes too.
Latitude, Green Man, Reading and Leeds, Creamfields and Isle of Wight all went aghead witrh some great performances and live music.
Our fingers are crossed for a return to something like normal in 2022 as organisers appear to be having more success in getting insurance cover as well as signing some awesome bands.
