After listening to Green Day for the last 12 years, going right back to nimrod and even 39/Smooth in the early 90's, I find the new album a fantastic relation to classic Green Day. Tracks like "Know Your Enemy" and "21 Guns" have a classic Green Day vibe but with "Before the Lobotomy" having a slightly edgier sound. The whole album screams top 10 and sell out tour. (Trust me I've tried to get tickets). Listening to the whole album is a pleasure for any fan and a must for your album collection.
