What a day. What a match. Obafemi Martins dramatic 89th minute winner secured Blues a first ever victory in a major Wembley final and sent over 30 000 Brummies inside the famous stadium absolutely delirious. It was a game full of drama from the first to the last. Lee Bowyer brought down inside the box within two minutes but no penalty or red card for Arsenal keeper Szczesny just an incorrectly raised offside flag that could have been so costly. Blues were hungry desperate for success and giant striker Nikola Zigic produced a deft flick header to give them the lead. Van Persie equalised before the break and a tense second half seemed certain to end deadlocked meaning extra time and perhaps penalties. But six minutes after coming on as a substitute Martins was in the right place at the right time to capitalise on Arsenal indecision and score the easiest but the most important goal of his career. Its been a long time coming but it was well worth the wait to see Stephen Carr lift the famous three-handled trophy that not only provides a passage to European football but says Alex McLeish's Blues are the 2011 Carling Cup winners!

Susan Fulton's Power Yoga is launched amid much competition. With stars such as Madonna and Geri Halliwell forsaking the gym and turning to yoga, it's inevitable that everyone is jumping on the yoga bandwagon. Setting out to provide a basis for strength, body toning and emotional balance, Power Yoga, based on a more form of yoga known as Ashtanga, suggests that this is for people with a serious interest. But you could easily mistake this as a rather dull promo of a deserted Lanzarote beach. In terms of the yoga tuition itself, what this amounts to is the equivalent of a decent yoga class in a local community centre. All the postures are there but without the punch, oomph and glamour associated with power yoga. The whistling wind-type soundtrack is relaxing, but hardly conducive to the spirit of what is often described as aerobic yoga. Teacher Susan Fulton would have been ideal to present a beginners session for yogaphobes, but in this contrived scenario her unimposing manner becomes unimpressive. And cruel though it may be, with the amount of successful yoga training sessions on the market, Fulton just doesn't cut it. On the DVD: special features amount to three menus which turn out to be wordy descriptions of pilates, tai chi and yoga. The DVD highlights how cheaply and unimaginatively this has been filmed. --Lorna V

"Britain, 1975: Brian Clough is sacked as manager of Leeds United after just 44 days in charge. Seemingly impossible to work with, Clough’s only offer of work comes from a run-down second division club called Nottingham Forest, who are going nowhere fast. Set to a fantastic 70s soundtrack, using unseen footage of games and the great man himself, and including interviews with every player from Clough’s European Cup-winning side, I Believe in Miracles is the untold story of how the team nobody believed in and the manager nobody wanted went on to beat the world’s best and become one of the greatest sides in British football history. By turns hilarious, inspirational, emotional and epic, I Believe in Miracles is quite simply “the Greatest Football Film ever made” (The Guardian). "

This Wimbledon 2013 Collector's Edition brings together the Official Film and the historic Gentlemen's Final as the perfect way to remember the Championship. The Official FilmThe Wimbledon 2013 Official Film is the definitive story of the 127th Championships. In the Gentlemen's Singles Andy Murray once again carried the hopes of the home nation entering the grounds of SW19 as the world No.2 and an Olympic and Grand Slam champion. World No.1 Serena Williams meanwhile was heavily favoured to defend her Ladies Singles title. An extraordinary first week witnessed the exits of Rafael Nadal Maria Sharapova and Roger Federer while Britain's Laura Robson advanced to the fourth round in thrilling fashion. By the final weekend the stage was set for a Ladies Singles final between Germany's Sabine Lisicki contesting her first Grand Slam singles final and 2007 Wimbledon finalist Marion Bartoli. The charismatic Frenchwoman won in straight sets. The following day history was made on Centre Court as Murray became the first British Gentlemen's Singles champion since Fred Perry in 1936 defeating Novak Djokovic in an intense three sets. Narrated by Tim Rice written by Barry Flatman and featuring exclusive contributions from Andy Murray Marion Bartoli Novak Djokovic Sabine Lisicki Roger Federer Serena Williams Rafael Nadal Boris Becker and Billie Jean King this documentary is a dramatic and highly entertaining record of the proceedings at Wimbledon 2013. The Men's FinalWinning Wimbledon I can't get my head around that. I still can't believe it's happened said Andy Murray after he convincingly beat Novak Djokovic to become Wimbledon 2013 Men's Champion. As he walked out onto Centre Court on 7th July 2013 the weight of expectation heavy on his shoulders Andy Murray knew what he had to do to become the first British champion since Fred Perry in 1936. A packed Centre Court crowd filled with sporting heroes politicians A list celebrities and lucky members of the public joined a nation who watched nervously on screens around the country. The temperature on Centre Court read 40°C on Britain's hottest day of the year and the heat would make the final a gruelling contest for the world's top two players. The match scorecard will show a straight sets win; 6-4 7-5 6-4 but it was never that easy. This was a hard brutal contest between two tennis gladiators. Murray took the first set decisively but the second seemed to be going to Djokovic until Murray came back from 1-4 to level and then serve for the set. In the third set Murray was up two sets with a break - victory was in sight but then his opponent the world number 1 broke and then broke again. But Murray broke back to level the set and broke again so all that remained was for him to hold serve to become champion. It was apt that Murray made us wait in the end. It would have been too easy for him to win with one of his three match points and wipe away the memories of the past eight years. In a final 12 minute game which Murray described as 'tortuous' the nation held its breath as Djokovic fought back to 40-40 to give himself the slimmest of chances. After a thirteen point march from 40-0 by his opponent Murray's imperious defence a key to his success got him into position to set up a forehand winner at deuce and Djokovic finally surrendered putting a backhand shot into the net. The nation had dared to dream and Murray made that dream a reality taking his rightful place among the nation's sporting greats. Last year Murray said I'm getting closer! - This year Great Britain has a new hero and the nation can finally celebrate... This DVD set is the complete coverage of the Wimbledon Championship Men's Singles Final and Andy Murray's historic victory over Novak Djokovic. Your chance to own a piece of history.
